What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Except for local pickup, shipping rate has been calculated into the final price. What you see is what you will pay, including shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently, we accept Paypal and cash on delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time is estimated based on product category:

A. SEAFOOD / PERISHABLE FOOD

USPS Express. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. Frozen products will be shipped in a styrofoam box with ice pack. (USA Only)

B. ALL OTHER CATEGORIES

Estimated delivery time is 2 business days. (USA Only)

C. IMPORT CATEGORY

Products and subcategories within import category require extensive delivery time.

  1. 20-40 days for USA delivery
  2. 30-60 days for international delivery
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from our automated system. Please retain this information as it is your proof of purchase. This will also help us to look up your order quicker when you contact customer service. Depending on your chosen shipping method, you will get additional information via email

  1. Local Pickup: If you choose local pickup, you will receive an email with the pickup address.
  2. Flat Rate Shipping: If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an email with tracking number once your product is shipped. Please allow 1 business day for processing time.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice right after placing your online order.
