Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take photos?
No we do not. However, we work with real estate photographers and can recommend you one if you are from Massachusetts.
How many photos should I stage?
For most houses, we recommend 6 photos. Our customers have seen the greatest success in the following six rooms:
  • Two photos on both sides of the living room
  • Master bedroom
  • Dining and/or breakfast area
  • Second bedroom
  • Kitchen
  • Outdoor area
Other rooms you might consider: play room, office room.
Can I make change after I see the staged photos?
Yes, most revisions are provided free of charge. Please note that if you decide to change the furniture style or change the photo to another photo, we will need to start over and charge a fee for one new photo.
How long will it take?
Most project will take approximately 2 business days.
What if I don't like any of the furniture styles in your collection?
We try to update our collection with the current design trend. If you have something different that you would like to be used in your virtual staging, please send us an email and we will get back to you after 24 hours.
Can you remove existing furniture?
Yes, although we prefer working with photos of vacant space, limited furniture can be removed at no additional charge.
